A few years ago there was reported to be a video available on the internet concerning the manufacture of methamphetamine. To avoid liability the folks that made the video left out a couple of key ingredients and procedure. In a twist-of-fate what you would actually come up with if you followed their erroneous recipe contained traces of a compound called 'amatol'....a very good high explosive.
Let's hope Kim Jong Un didn't get his bomb plans from youtube....

We have, just as any other state, the ??trailer trash? that think a meth lab is easy to create and therefore profitable. Fortunately most of them blow themselves up so no burden is bestowed on the judicial system.
