To the younger folk sitting in the back of the room that complain about us old men you call Boss, we do our best to impart our wisdom to you before falling asleep with our hears against the window weary from all those bus rides during our careers and we do this because You are Young and You are the future so "suck it up and tough it out and be the best you can" and remember that one day you will be highway seasoned and will depart your words of wisdom to the younger upcoming generations.
