It's possible the guy is wearing blue britches but I can't really tell for sure. For those of you who think you are more refined, britches are the same as breeches, as pronounced by normal people.

it all works.
White hard hat, erng (orange) vest, Nikon or Wild green instrument, yaller tripod legs...and as HC pointed out blue britches. (I always thought that breeches were where you loaded your shotgun)
