Actually, 1 5oz glass of red a day is good for your heart via helping maintain a good blood cholesterol.

Coors Light?
If you just want carbonated water with some alcohol in it, it's fine. I used to drink it when my brother-in-law lived with us; silver bullets. Current favorites are Anchor Steam, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. One thing about them is that they're locally brewed near here and taste fresh. They both have other varieties, some of them seasonal, mostly good. For a little lighter brew, I like Newcastle. It's imported but it doesn't taste stale. It's not too thick, not too thin. Wherever they have Guinness on tap, I have to have one. It's never as good as it was in Ireland, though.

Isn't Boones a cheap-o wine? Sutter is ok but just isn't sweet enough for me. It'll do in a pinch, though. Heck after the day I had today I needed 2 bottles of wine, easily. :drink:
