I'm thinking not. Here's what her house in Orlando, Florida looked like. This is where Jack Kerouac lived while he wrote "One the Road" and "Dharma Bums". Ironic, that.

Well, that house looks as if it was built sometime either just before or just after WWII. The asbestos cement shingles may or may not be original. The gable vent is small enough to indicate that it wasn't designed for attic ventilation in the summertime, but more for winter ventilation.
The railing in front of the house looks as if it's for a foot bridge over a canal or drainage channel. That suggests either a flat coastal area or possibly a flat area in the West where there are irrigation ditches running through towns.

The foot bridge appears to be a welded design made of rectangular Corten steel tube. There were similar bridges installed in Austin around the early 1980's (I'd guess). I'm wondering if that means that this house got its landmark designation about that time.

So, if a famous person lived in this house, it seems reasonable to conclude that they became famous after they lived there. The house is modest enough, after all.
If it was built in about 1947 (my guess, only), then probably the famous person lived there as a child, I'd think. That would mean that they were probably born after 1947. If they're alive, they are then probably younger than 63.
On the other hand, in the photo, the bronze plaques don't look very weathered. They still have a bright patina, but the bridge looks as if it's been there for perhaps at least five years.
So, if the photo was taken after 1990, the person who lived in the house, and who was presumably famous, would have been at least 43 when the house was deemed worthy of note. So, I'm thinking that the person's fame arrived sometime between age 43 and 63.
The flagpole makes me think the person eventually became an elected official.

Where would there be the sort of configuration that the lot appears to have, with a front walk running along a ditch or irrigation canal, separated (presumably) from a road in front? That still seems low-lying coastal to me. The tree to the left looks like a live oak. At least the color and shape of the canopy does.

Lake Keowah above Seneca? Waterfront. The footbridge could be over a ditch running into it. He claims to be from there before moving as a kid to NC. So maybe in the last few years they made his homesite there a museum? Just guessing about politicians from that timeframe. It does look like the mill houses in that area. Asbestos siding and all.
