Illinois College's 5'10" Guard, Jacob Tucker, Wins the NCAA Slam Dunk Contest.
50 inch vertical.
Here was a video he put together to try and get into the contest in the first place. THEY typically don't look at the little guys, let alone the little guys from DIII schools.

I saw that last night. He said that he's not really 5'10" unless he has shoes on. 🙂
