I was doing some office recon and saw this on Google Earth:
Its location is 38?ø33'36.41"N 121?ø39'57.79"
It looks like a helicopter rotor to me.

That was my initial thought, but there's no copter body visible. Maybe it doesn't have enough of a topside profile to stand out.
Zoom out and look to the northeast of the close-up in the barren yard. You will see the shadow of the helicoptor. Looks like the image was taken around 2:00 p.m. based on the shadow of a power pole to the southwest. The green "line" is obscuring the helicopter body.
Since the aerial images are one big mash-up, it is quite possible that you are only seeing part of the helicopter.
Zoom in on any of the vehicles and their is a prismatic glow from the chrome and glass.
From streetview there is a solar panel beside a signal pole at that location.

Good catch, Gene! I missed that. Copter it is.
The interesting feature of the shadow (at least for me) is that the shadow rotor colors are complimentary (and slightly rotated counterclockwise) of the helicopter rotor colors.
Reminds me of one I've seen with airliner in view. Because it is moving, it appears in those multiple colors .
