About ten years ago Money Penny picked up a couple of those "zapper tennis rackets" to deplete the bug population. Our youngest son, a smart-aleck college kid at the time, doubted the ability of a couple of dry cells to generate a good spark.
With him being a lot like me I've taken the extra time to make sure his education is well rounded. "Touch your tongue to it" came rolling out of my mouth.
I would've laughed if his mother hadn't been so upset with me...:snarky:
My weapon of choice
First saw those in Saigon over 10yrs ago. Wish I had filled a few of suitcases with them.
I have a yellow one like that from Bass Pro Shops about 8yrs ago.
Recently I was found similar items on EBAY and Amazon.
Search for bug zappers.
