Click on your name in the top navigation, this will take you to your profile. From there, you can click on "show postings".

Okay but,

when I search by say, Kent McMillan, I get three postings. What am I doing wrong?

Okay but,

If you're talking about the little search box in the upper right hand corner of the page, that only provides a search for words in the body of a post - when I search it, at least.

When click on Kris Morgan's name, either on the user list or on a post he's made, it pulls up his profile and a link to the 23 posts he's made. Try that.

There is one thing you can do

If you do a Google search of this site only you can search the names. However, it will probably be a couple of days behind.

Okay but,

You can either click his name in a message he wrote, or find him in the Users list and click on his name there. In his profile, you'll find a "show postings" link that will list everything he's posted here.
