I agree with, the you can get warmer, but you can't get cooler...when there is no air conditoning you are pretty much screwed unless you are in the water. 10 degrees without wind is very nice, and if there is wind, get out of it, or work harder!!

Interesting. The northerners seem to be saying "10°", while the southerners prefer "100°".

I like winter. Leaves are off the trees, rivers, lakes and muskeg are frozen, transportation is easy. You can dress for cold, but like it's been pointed out, it's illegal to run around nekkid!:-D

Oh, man! Hawaii is fantastic.

I've been there twice - the Big Island and Kauai. Fell in love with Hilo. And the folks over there are just like the Chamber of Commerce says (or, as they would say, they have the aloha spirit).

Iff'n I was 20 years younger, I would bid goombye to Tucson.

Ah, well......:-(

I lived in Lexington for three years.

The winters were so depressing....no leaves on the trees, cold....depressed the heck out of me.

I liked the people, though.

100, but I wouldn't say I'd like either.

100 is really not that bad around here in CA. I'm used to it and actually kind of like it. 10 can be OK too on a clear calm day if you're dressed for it and you're moving around. From a CA perspective, I'd go for 100, though.

I would think the different preferences would be more of an East-West thing. A humid 90 degree day back East would kill me to work in.

I'd move to Hawaii easily, but Wendell would not last in that weather. He likes Oregon. 🙂

I sure do miss Tucson. I liked having a very minimal yard care landscaping!! :bye:

Here's a pic Wendell took of some Saguaro flowers. His mom painted these on a canvas and I had it framed for him for his 40th birthday. :cake:

100º

But I prefer a little breeze with that.

I'll go with 100. Most of my days now are spent on the iron horse out on the road of America. Actually 70-85 is about the optimal weather for me.
