They do have to be high visibility.

I bought one similar to that one from Baseline Equipment, the same company that advertises with and supports this website.
Mine has vents around the side of the hat. Great for hot weather, but doubt it would shed much if any water.

Correction, if you please: Baseline, God bless them, may be particularly good folks, and I appreciated the booty in my package that could be traced to them, but the MAJOR angel was our major angel, ANGEL!
