Does anyone know of any special requirements for a survey to meet "VA loan" standards? I know FHA, for example, requires that the survey shows 100' clearance between the well and septic system. In this case, it's only 90'.
I tried to google this, but all I found was a statement that says the title company sets the requirements for VA loan surveys.
