link didn't work for me. is it VASCAR? my father was a md state trooper pilot and ran VASCAR back in the day. not detectable with electronics. just paint stripes in the road at 1/4 mile, stopwatch and calculator. call the description to the ground troopers, and it's done.

Nothing new, been done for years. Moe has it right about how it is done. Heck, when I was a kid our newspaper was delivered by Super Cub. It was folded up into a tight triangle and tossed out the window at a low altitude. Lots of things can be done from the air and few of them are new.

It never occurred to me that they used gun ships as enforcement tools to blow away violators... Seems kind of against the whole due process thing we have going....

Does not matter if I watched the video, it was clear what I was talking about. As far as gunships, I have seen them in action, and don't need a phony video to know what they do.
