As an FYI that you may already know, the default setting in the MINTER functions accessed through PC-CDU Lite, is OFF on the Cinderella option.
You'll need to hook the receiver up to the PC and enable that option on the Advanced Tab (I think).
Any time you clear the NVRAM on the receiver it will set this value back to OFF. So any time you know you've done this reset, you'll need to visit the PC with the receiver.
