I think that's where the line might be.

I think Jim Frame knew and had worked with Nearly.

I can agree. I'm drunk on politics at the moment, and might need to get a break from that topic. Thanks your post might have done me some good. Although I've never seen our freedom being stolen so fast.

IT'S BEER BEER BEER THAT MAKES ME FEELS SO QUEER
ON THE LELAND STANFORD JUNIOR FARM!
OH WELL IT'S
I never felt queer, might have slept with a couple homely women though. Is that a California thing?
OH WELL IT'S
queer meant something different when that was written early in the 20th century.
That is an old Cal drinking song. Cal=University of California, Berkeley.
Cal graduates traditionally joked that Stanford graduates went to a "Junior" University because the official name is Leland Stanford, Jr., University
OH WELL IT'S
lol I thought maybe, but it's different now. Have a nice evening.

I can't say I ever knew him well, but I did work with him in the late 1980s on a USFS boundary job for a month or two. We rented a house near the job and had anywhere from 3 to 6 guys staying in it at a time. After work each day he pretty much kept to himself, mostly hanging out in his room smoking cigarettes and talking to his girlfriend on the phone. He was definitely an unusual character, even then.
It's funny the way I finally connected the dots between guy I had worked with and the NN I knew only on the RPLS.com forum. Over the course of some years on the forum he made statements about his background that kept tickling my memory, and finally enough of them fell into place that I asked if he was the same guy. Turned out he was.
Beer
I never thought that 24 cans/bottles in a case and 24 hours a day was just a coincidence.

Yep, I agree... Our Supreme Court has gone insane. "Citizens United" was an idiotic decision, then they declare that religious organizations are exempt from the law (opening the door for Sharia law in the US), then say it's legal to strip-search someone for minor offenses like walking a dog off-leash.
Oh, or was that not what you meant...?
