Was sitting down to a late Sunday lunch around 3,30 pm , having spent around 4 solid hours in the garden when I got a facebook message asking if I was on line . A few minutes later I was chatting to Carl "Norm" on a Skype call, who said it was after midnight Sunday morning... He was home out a few drinks with friends getting ready for a snooze...
Well we did not solve the the world's problems, but knocked over nearly half an hour of time with great surveying banter. Beerleg even rated . Good to hear there is confidence coming back into the States. Here we are still stagnate in land division as money lending requirements are higher for both developer and purchaser.
Great to catch up.
BTW will be cranking up the Friday morning ( your time) chats with surveyors so if any beerleg LS want to go on world radio drop me an email...

So far I have missed all but one of those. I have a meeting that starts at 8 local time every Friday morning. Tell him they are so wonderful that they should be replayed 12 hours later.;-) 😉 😉
