We are trying to adjust a selection of RTK topo points and control points to OPUS solutions on the same control points. What is the best tool to use for this process?

in the project pane, select your base point and expand the tree. Chose the global position, click on it to open it in the properties pane and edit the position.
anything in blue in TBC can be editted.
after you make your changes, make sure you CLICK ON THE RED COMPUTE BUTTON IN THE BOTTOM TOOLBAR
All your positions should be updated.
