Was this article about Surveying or Fence Cutting? Or are the Surveyors using GPS satellites to cut the fences in order to more accurately kill deer with livestock? 😛

My parents had some idiot neighbor kid steal their ATV by cutting a fence and driving it out. Two of their horses got out and were found near a very busy highway. Thankfully, no one was hurt, and they got their horses and belongings back, and the kid was prosecuted, but only for the theft, not the fence cutting.
