Clear here, sunset in an hour and 15 minutes. SWMBO has her camera and tripod out and ready. If she gets any good shots I'll see if she'll let me post some.

The reflection of the Sun off the Moon illuminates the desert floor strikingly well. I can say that it is doing very fine this evening, super Perigee or not. One can see very well without artificial illumination here presently.

Saw it rising, last night, this morning it's just a bright spot behind the clouds.
