It is always my goal to be the calmest person in the room when lifes $nitstorms hit, this a characteristic of leadership that I truly admire, however I don't always live up to my own expectations 100% of the time, if I ever lose my cool I am always disappointed in myself.

The guy in this video is awesome, calm, cool, under control!!

Nice southpaw smackdown indeed! The Yob never saw it coming. And couldn't have done anything had he, given his "victim's" pedigree.

From A brit website:
The Sun, whose new media department has benefited from 200,000+ views of the above video, tracked down the Yob Smacker. He’s Jason Smith, a 35-year-old Gulf War vet who weighs 210 pounds and holds black belts in both karate and jiu-jitsu. As seen above, Smith dropped Les Andrews (described as the local “hard nut”) with one perfect blow.

The 23-year-old Andrews, incidentally, was arrested and “hit with a curfew for yobbery.”
