We use a large dry erase board in the field office. Field Crews listed on the left side, with days of the week on the top. I just write in the schedule each day, erase, change as needed, although its still manual.

I would like to get it more "modern", perhaps have a cheap flat screen monitor or wide screen tv with the same grid setup in place of the dry erase board, that way I can make changes on my computer in my office.

An excel spread sheet template may work. Does anyone have another software program that could remain open on your desktop and show in full screen on the field room monitor/tv? Similar to the TV's in the airport or what you would look at in a doctors office if they show a picture slide show?

Any ideas?
