I've been getting a lot of emails that mention some scary thing like beheadings, ebola, etc. and martial law.

whois says the first two I checked come from Bulgaria, and the domain names were registered yesterday.

I haven't clicked their links. I did google a couple of the basic domain names (they use lots of them) and also KGMT Associates which was mentioned, but came up with nothing.

If you get these, I'd be very cautious about clicking anything - my guess is it's a virus source, but I suppose it could be advertising.

Here's the one I got this morning with an attached zip file. I can only imagine the vile beasts from the darkest pits of the internet that would've sprung forth if I'd unzipped the file.

No, I'm guessing that the person who created the fake fax report is just that stupid. 😀

Clicking on anything from unknown email senders is risky business, just delete them and forget it. They are based on the premise that curiosity kills kitties.
