Talk about an embarassment. What if they win the national title this year and then have to give it up next year?

To me, it sounds like this dirty "runner" was trying to scam boosters claiming he could deliver Newton. If any money changed hands, I doubt Newton knew about it or got any of the money. Who's going to pay $200,000 for a JC transfer who got kicked out of UF for theft, anyway?

Until they find Mullen's 10% off coupon, I'm writing this off as total BS.

Maybe It Is The Boise State 12th Man Clearing The Field

Currently they are very active on the internet claiming BSU got screwed because they dropped in the BCS computer poll. The computers are rather impersonal and were merely looking at the BSU strength of schedule. Boise's next few opponents are somewhat stronger won/loss 0.625 than TCU's 0.5833. In addition TCU only has 3 more games while BSU has 5 more games, so that gives them 2 wins where they get all the attention, after all "How can you not move up when you win, complaint".

In addition BSU got an assist when VA Tech finally woke up last night and beat GA Tech.

There is no indication that Auburn spent any money.

The last quarter of the VT/GT game was pretty exciting to watch.

That kid from VT that ran back the kick certainly has some serious jets.

One of the more vocal and obnoxious Bama fans (but I repeat myself) had to call me and gloat about Auburn winning and falling in the poll, yet Bama was off last week and rose.

As usual, nothing new here in the land of The Bear. If they don't think they can beat you on the field, they will resort to any means necessary to derail the Plainsmen. If you track down the source of the leaked article, I'll bet they are wearing crimson and white.

I Doubt Alabama Needs Outside Help, They Need To Just Win

Alabama's last 4 opponents, LSU 7-1, Miss State 7-2, GA State (non BCS ignore) and Auburn 9-0, combined 0.885 will push Alabama up the computer ladder before they meet SC 7-2 again in the SEC championship game. Win out and they are in.

It is easy on paper.

Hey P.L.,

The percentage of obnoxious Alabama fans is about the same as those of Auburn. Just listen to Shane, Jim from Crestwood, Tammy, or Charles on the Finebaum radio program.
From a Bammer who is not obnoxious.
