RE: How to deal with passive aggressive personalities

I have no use for people whoƒ??s only motivation is money. ?ÿThatƒ??s true whether they are an entry level employee or someone in management. Self motivated people are the only ones I want around me.

When ever I heard one of my kids complain about an employer my response was ƒ??you asked for a job and they gave you oneƒ?. Talk to them and if you donƒ??t like the answer find another job. Simple and straightforward in my opinion. Iƒ??ve talked my own advise a couple of times.
