I'd like to turn Ya'll on to Prid Drawing Salve. If you don't know about it already. Prid is a Drawing Salve from days of old, when they used remedies to heal with what they had on hand. I first found Prid 2 or 3 years ago when my 25 lb cat jumped me. I beat his azz for 2 hours or more. I was worried about the bite becoming infected. Jumped on Google and found Prid. Rubbed some on the bite, warped it up and seemed like it healed over night. Been using it for various cuts with great results. Works great. Woke up this morning with an ingrown hair on my face. We all know what a pain ingrown hairs are. Never seem to heal or go away. I got the Prid out, put a dab on the spot, covered it wit a band aid and just forgot about it for 5 or 6 hours. Took the band aid, the spot had a puss head. I just touched it and head busted, the seed hair came out. I can't tell where it was now. Good stuff!

My "go to" is Blue Star Ointment. But I may give Prid a try after your glowing assessment. 😉
There's much to be said for Bag Balm and Horseman's Dream.
Absorbine horse liniment.
Prid looks interesting.
"Drawing Salve" sounds like some sort of pixie dust that makes my Records of Survey pass through County Surveyor inspection.
Icthammol Ointment. At the pharmacy. Behind the counter. No script needed.
Dad swore by it. A little goes a long way. Downside: stinks bad and stains almost anything it gets on.
