Hi Guys,
My computer is connected to the internet of the University so I have no access to the router. To do Port forwarding when I search in the internet every guide is based on the access to the router. Can anyone help me how to do that when my access is limited? is there any free software to do that?

You would need administrative?ÿprivileges?ÿto access the router and/or firewall directly. Then you need to have knowledge about IP address and Port forwarding.
Almost?ÿcertain the University will not allow?ÿthat.
