It looks like she is reaching for a bottle Bombay Regular. Hey, I might get up out of my wheelchair for a bottle of Bombay Regular too! At least she has good taste.
Seriously someone who can stand may not necessarily be able to walk at all or very far.

I know Dave...my MIL is like that. She uses a walker, but only around the house and at church. If she ever tried to board a plane or go shopping in a mall we would have to take the wheel chair.
Bombay Regular?...hmmm...might have to try that sometime.
