Would it be possible to put the hotlinks for the page numbers at the top of the page too? Apologies if this has been brought up elsewhere.

There is a dropdown at the top right corner with the pages. 🙂

I'm either blind or it doesn't exist. I'm using IE 7. All I see is "Linear" and "Fold/Expand". Along the very top right of the page is my name, Users, Log Out, About, FAQ, Rules and Beer Money.
Look on the main page where all the posts are listed, just under the Search Box. That is where I found the pull down list of pages.:beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer: :beer:

While in the thread, there are no other pages to navigate (the threads themselves do not break up into pages). When you are at the index (home), you should see those dropdowns for categories and pages.
Doh! That's what I get for trying to multitask and not keeping my hands on the wheel!
