Writing R/W easements with exhibits for a seventeen mile long job can get tedious (pronounced TEE'-jus)...thought I'd share a funny:
It reminds me of the old "Coyote and Roadrunner". Have a laugh.

Excellent. He should have walked up the side of the fridge with his plungers. You are correct. That was very similar to Ol' Wylie.
