Natester got me checking the People of Walmart website and There I Fixed it. Usually for a morning laugh with my coffee.
I found this picture this morning which actually makes sense. With our camera's, iPads, iPods and all sorts of other stuff on the side of the desk then cables constantly fall off when not in use.
I am not going to use the clamps but I will come up with something to attach to the side of the desk for these pesky cables.
Actually, I have something similar to that. I have those things you nail into the wall with the "C" on it to hold ethernet cables on my desk, three in fact. One holds the iPod cable, another a USB2 cable, and another a 48 serial cable. My GPS computer has a USB2 and Lemo in a similar fashion. Keeps them out of the way and handy at the same time.
Not necessarily redneck, but functional for sure.
Can you snap a picture for me? If someone already makes something for this then it will save me some Okie Engineering. TNX 1.0E6
Should be there, BRO. 🙂
Kris, don't be stingey with the photos. Post them up for the rest of us semi rednecks;-)
I need a good cheap cable organizer myself.
Rob
Got one better - not as cheap as yours, but very nice.

Not What I Thought The True Topic Was
I was expecting to see a pic of some scantily clad blonde atop Deral's desk.
Not What I Thought The True Topic Was
I was expecting to see his cats on the desk! :cat:
Rob
I use them babies too only I take one nail out so I can just pull and turn to release the cable.
I like those. 10 bucks is not bad for a pack of six. Thanks.
