23 of the top ranked 25 college football teams are done. 3,4,5,6,10,13,14,15,16,23,24,25 all lost their last games. Only four lost to a team of a higher rank. Four lost to unranked teams. Then 5 fell to 9, 6 fell to 11, 10 lost to 12 and 13 lost to 20. All but one team ranked from 14 to 22 ended up winners.
So, I'm thinking, if you want to win your last game, you want to be ranked somewhere between 14 and 22.
At least half of the Bowl games were major upsets.
A few ranked teams got blown out of the game completely.
With some notable exceptions I'd say the Big10 and the Big12 didn't do so well. SEC will (may) break even with a win next Monday and the ACC surprised almost everyone.

Almost everyone except LSU.

I don't know how one weights the bowl
games for a variety of obvious reasons.
It will be interesting to see how the FBS, Coaches poll and AP polls average out.
Of the 42 bowl games, there are at least 8 games that should NOT be played for obvious reasons too.
That being said some of the games lived up their billing such as the Orange Bowl with two elite tier coaches and nation's #1 running back vs one of the best defensive players in college except he strained a hamstring on the day before in practice and sat out.
Rose Bowl a very entertaining game too.
But there will be a team from the SE that will be champions.
Clemson's coach Dabo(I like that name, perfect Southern name) must have inner conflicts since he is native Alabama and former Bama player and asst. coach.
While Saban is Saban, pretty complex person to be a coach approaching legendary status. But does have some of character traits of legendary coaches.
Just wish he would stop poaching LA HS players.
