I got an injury from another sport.
Namely, tennis elbow.
Getting treatment with kinesiology (sp) and laser.
If you've dealt with this, how did it resolve?

Check with an occupational therapist.

Hold your arm level with a 90 deg. elbow and palm down. Flex wrist up and down while holding a 1 lb. weight. A tennis elbow wrap also helps between workouts.

we used to fire golf balls into the pond behind the office. 100% found equipment, clubs, bags, balls, tees.

we would aim in a WNW direction.

one day my wicked slice landed one on the deck about 100 yds. NNE of our tee.

good luck with the tennis elbow. i have been fortunate to avoid it but I do enjoy a good ankle brace after a long day in the field.

I had a terrible problem with the pain of tennis elbow up until 5 years ago.

Got a corizone shot and have never had any problems since.

Worth a try.

Had it a few years ago. Wore one of those wrist braces for carpal tunnel for a couple of weeks, day and night. Hadn't had it since until it flared up yesterday after driving some rr spikes into some really hard DGA staking concrete pavement. Dr told me one of those bands that go around the forearm would work better, but when I tightened it enough to do any good my hand would go numb. The wrist brace keeps you from gripping anything too tight I think.

Hey eddy,
Try this...
Band-it
I get instant relief and it doesn't cut off the circulation. You don't crank down on it, it just needs to stay put. The pads do the the work so the band doesn't strangle your arm. I do tighten it if I'm cutting with my machete, or when I play golf. Funny thing is my arm doesn't bother me at all when I play, and not much afterwards. It's the day to day stuff that bites.

Thanks for all of your thoughts.
