Built by someone who rode where he shouldn't and rode so to fast he did not avoid wires strung across those private trails and roads he was trespassing on. Ways to stop that rig also and do the harm to the rider as intended.

Stringing trip wires across trails and roads is a sure way to get in very hot water very quickly, regardless if the guy was trespassing or not. Neck level wire will kill a motorcycle rider in the right conditions. Just saying.
Lots of headless former snowmobilers too. Schnapps is optional...
But I wonder about the kerf on that saw blade, and don't they usually have the handles on the ends - not the middle. And based on the cut angle, I bet the Polish Stihl Cutmocycle does better going downhill.
