What if all 300,000,000 of us wanted to live without any sanitary sewer facilities? At least when the native americans fouled up an area, they had plenty of room to move to.

I don't think the story really said what the man does with his poop. If he wants to live without electricity, go for it. I don't think it's out of line for a county to require a residence to prove that it's disposing of sewage properly though. And what does it mean that he's living without water? Is there no well? Does he drink out of a creek or what? Fish pee in there, you know. 😉

The world got by for billions of years without toilets. And really, billions of animals crap and urinate where ever they want, what's the difference?

Around here If you live in the county area or most small towns, you could tell the attorney, and the sheriff would back you up, to go take a flying @#$# at a rolling doughnut. If the DA insisted the sheriff's office would not serve the notice. He would probably arrest the DA.:-@
You get all that from one guy that wants to live on this 36 acres without plumbing? I think the vast majority of Americans enjoy plumbing, and want to stick with it. It's not likely that this guy starting a new trend. Beside, what's the difference between him and that horse he's got there that probably doesn't use the potty either?
