Kent: I would have to agree with local lunches being one of the reasons to leave home.
A couple of weeks ago I had some decent brisket at Chubby's BBQ in Hayti,Missouri down in the flat land of the bootheel.
The next day I had some of the best ribs I have ever had at Piggy's BBQ in O'Fallon, Missouri, just west of St. Louis. They claim to be the home of "Hot Tasty Butts" and it was good.
Ribs
Sauce on the side, please. Good BBQ does not need much sauce at all.
