I was visiting my daughter last night when I asked if I could borrow a newspaper.
'This is the 21st century,' she said. 'We don't waste money on newspapers. Here, you can use my iPad.'
I can tell you this, that dam fly never knew what hit it...
Do you know
how LONG it's gonna take me to clean my laptop of the coffee I just sprayed all over it?
Good one, I may just borrow it.

Since late September, newspapers in New Orleans, Birmingham, Mobile, and Huntsville, Alabama have reduced print editions to 3 times weekly. I read (somewhere, I don't recall where) that this change will also come to Cleveland. All of these newspapers are owned by Advance Publications.
Daily newspapers appear to be a dying breed. Classified ads, the financial backbone of printed newspapers, were killed by Craig's List because anyone can list there for free.
