It is possible to have a lease solar system installed (PV) that is connected to the grid with no money down and lease payments that are less than current monthly electric bills. Sun City is one company investing in this approach.

I would be willing to lease an entire solar system for the low low rate of 19.95 + 4.95 shipping and handling, good today only.
