We are in the very early stages of planning a one week summer vacation trip.

It will be me, wife, her mother (maybe), 16 yr old daughter, 13 son, and 10 son.

Glancing at condos on Kure Beach NC right at the moment.

Thoughts?

Suggestions?

My family used to vacation there when my brothers and I were young. Nice place.

This summer for the first time in more than 30 years the whole family is planning a week very close to there. I think you and the family would really enjoy the area.

Fort Fisher is approximately one mile South of Kure Beach.

I really like that area. Southport is a nice little town. Go to Loco Jo's for some good food also. Excellent for the price and there are some nice beaches that are easily accessible on Oak Island also.

Great feedback fellas. I am starting to wonder if we should try a little beerlegger?

I live just outside of town, so if you want to throw back a beer, let me know!
