Maybe he meant cubits. Apparently no one today knows exactly what a cubit really was.

Assuming the 36 x 36 x 36 inches are the outside dimensions and the 4 cubic feet is the interior volume, that would mean the walls and door are about 8.5 inches thick. Should be heavy enough to not blow away in a strong wind.

Apparently, it won't be available until 2048, by which time it will have become compressed to about 4 cf.
