Just had the pleasure of meeting T.P. Stephens

He was headed toward the high desert of Oregon, so I met him in Salem, about an hour into his journey. Nice fellow and hope to meet up with him one more time on his way back.

We discussed BeerLeg.com, some general surveying topics and the economy. It got me thinking that we need to somehow setup some BeerLeg "fests" (that's what we called local gatherings back in the text-based BBS days). I think it would be great if I could make it to a conference somewhere at some point and bring some goodies along with me.
