Minnie can park in my driveway any time Mrs. Cow is absent. ;);)

We know who the real winners were. The lawyers. They love it when people with too much money are on both sides of the dispute.

The ultimate "get off my lawn" curmudgeon. The cane is a nice touch.

Railing on a judge was either an indication of his intelligence level or a TIA.

Judges don't take well to being told things they don't want to here.

I had a great debate with a judge a few days ago while hanging out at the local convenience store. He commented on my cap which was a specially made reward handed out at a Kansas City Royals game a couple of years ago. It is a combination of K-State and KC Royals. He informed me that he had a similar cap but with Kansas University and KC Royals. I immediately told him I wouldn't know what to do with such an ugly hat. The war of words began with that volley.

After several minutes of verbal sparring we finally agreed that he received his degree in law from the superior of the only two universities in the state offering such a degree and that my specific degree in engineering came from the only university in the state offering that degree so there had been no reason for either of us to consider attending the OTHER university. We've known each other for over 30 years and I had used his services on a couple of occasions when he was a mere attorney. A few months ago I had approached him to serve on a council being created within our school district. He had to turn it down despite his strong interest because, as lead judge in our district, he has had to spend far too much time at the State Capitol testifying to various committees as to why every move made by our current governor is absolutely the wrong move so far as the judicial system is concerned.

Our tax dollars at work financing the bureaucracy. Can't do anything about it except bitch. That don't do no good because nobody listens to someone bitching anyway.;)

Whenever I see someone with a cane like that I avoid them. They are likely to whack you with it for no reason.:smarty:

You can buy about any kind of cane you desire until you waste all of your money on attorneys.

Canes last longer and can be used over and over for both settling disputes as well as walking support, as well as not being as big of a drain as attorneys.

There is no current R/S filed.

The Assessor shows a flag-lot. Not sure if there is also an easement to the parcel in the rear:

It appears that the warring factions own subdivisions of Parcel No. 4 (1938):

This R/S adjoins 46-49 to the south (1992):
