Any tips on how to change the printheads?

Can't seem to find my owners manual and am too stupid to figure it out on my own.

replace ink cartridges from hp.com

The following link is how HP themselves claim how replacing print heads is done.. looks like ink cartridges to me, but HP says print heads.... go figure
