A short time ago you mentioned an online electronics store that you like. What was the name of the site again?

SWMBO has asked for a Western Digital 2TB Elements Desktop Hard Drive for xmas. Any comments or better suggestions?

Thanks.

Don't know Wedell's site, but check this one out:

Western Digital Hard Drives

Plus, WalMart has one on its internet site for $94.00.

Thanks.

I sometimes buy from Newegg, they usually have good prices.

B&H photo has it for $85, but the sale ends today and their online ordering is down until this evening.

There are a few different sites I like, but when I'm looking for something in particular, I usually browse SlickDeals first.

Unfortunately, you missed out on the deal of the year on Black Friday. They had a 2TB Western Digital external drive for $59 at Target (regular price was $140).

Samsung 2TB @ SuperBiiz for $85.50

Western Digital 2TB @ Newegg (one of my favorites) for $90

Thank you, Wendell. Can't believe that price at Target.

He couldn't either. He ALMOST got up and went to stand in line, but at 4 AM it was in the teens outside so he changed his mind. 🙂

It would take a heck of a lot for me to shop on Black Friday. The signigicant rise in blood pressure would not be worth it.

Newegg's price is fine, went with that.

Ditto that. I really didn't want to go, but $59 was REALLY hard to pass up.

Newegg has never done me wrong and their prices are usually very competitive, especially if you catch something during a sale. Customer support is great also.

I found out that Newegg also had a 2TB drive on BF for $59 with free shipping and somehow I missed it. 🙁
