I received an email from a potential client needing some work done in Shepard, Texas. I do not know how he got my email address, probably through google.
I am not licensed in Texas. I would like to give him a name and phone number.

Shepard is just up the road from Cleveland, Texas. I imagine some well-meaning google search got him your contact info.
