I'm doing an el-cert today, and I checked on the form (since the one have expired) and find this:

3 months after it expired, and they are still reviewing the new form, I guess. I also like that they note that any changes to the form will be minor (yet still go way past the expiration date, when given 2 years to complete the minor changes).
Please, Please, Please, FEMA, don't "lock" the form from editing again!
