Is it just me or has Google Earth gone on the fritz?
I've had some GE issues on my laptop but it has been working fine on my desktops. On the laptop, it wouldn't load; it would open and try to load then just shut down.

It does get slow with the county's property overlay KZM open
In the past I have had problems with and a purge and reload helped.
I think it was in March they broke it for a lot of XP users. Some people posted that they had to go back and replace it with an older version to make it work. I need to search again to see if there is a newer fix.
It was fine this morning, then it wouldn't re-start. Now it's back again??
Been seeing this also, and from what I can tell it has to do with your graphics card. Works fine on older XP machines with had got a graphics card upgrade but stopped working on machines which did not get the upgrade.
