We got STARted on what will eventually be a half sleeve piece on my right arm last night. I have a smaller Army Airborne flaming skull on the opposite side of the bicep and the letters H A N D running down the back side. It will have a very heavy "Texas" theme to tie it all together with a rattler coiled around to fill in the background.

I've been jonesing for a tattoo for several years but I just cannot find a spot that doesn't already have one from barbed wire escapades and other calamities during my brief time on earth.

Burp....Oops. It's much to early in the day.
I have a few, all from a shop. For this I have found an independant artist, that will work on you by the session which gets you more bang for your buck than a shop. The session is supposedly four hours but he told me straight up once he gets in his zone, he will keep going until he gets tired or I cant take it anymore, which is kind of what happened last night. Thats why I started there, it is the tenderest part, so maybe it will be downhill from here on out as far as the discomfort goes.

Actually, Wendell drew my avatar from scratch. It was suppose to be MY tattoo dedicated to my footless rat Stubs but I haven't got up the guts yet to go get it inked on me so an avatar it stays.
He also drew this awesome Boston logo that he was going to get on his arm but...he keeps changing his mind. 😉
