Looks like the FDA says that genetically engineered Salmon is safe to eat.

But I sure would like to see it labeled as such.

But of course, the producers want to NOT have to label the Salmon as Genetically Engineered.

What do you think?

I think if it's Genetically Engineered by a Civil then it will breath through it's butt and poop from it's mouth. Just saying.

But yes, it should be properly labeled. Why are they guys working on genetically engineering something useful like cars that run on something other than fossil fuel.

Deral, Don't You Follow NASCAR

Ethanol is not a fossil fuel and in fact some of the firt automobiles were designed specifically to run on ethanol. We have been through several cycles of ethanol almost becoming popular again and suddenly the price of gas drops and the ethanol plants are bankrupt.

Do not bring up the current flex cars that are designed for gasoline and just tolerate ethanol with poor mileage. With a 14:1 compression ratio a designed ethanol engine will give more power and mpg than a 9:1 compression gas engine.
