Not the one I was looking for, but if anyone in Seattle has been looking, I found it (don't know why it's recorded here)

The Grantors are listed as residing in Seattle, no given address for the Grantee, that's the only reason I can think is that he was possibly a resident of Skagway, but the only thing at all that mentions Skagway is the recorders info.
