Here in about an hour and a half our moon will enter it's "full" phase, although I won't get to see for about another 3 hours or so. And for those that have notice the constellations at night you may have noted that Orion the Hunter has been dominating the night sky also.

This full moon is considered the "Hunter's Moon" in some circles. I hope none of the cats in my neighborhood are reading this post....

Better check my supply of tin foil for hatmaking. May have to join the community coyotes and bay at the moon as the trains roll through.

Can cows bay? Are you sure you aren't going to moo at the moon in harmony with the coyotes?

Oh, yes, cows can bay. They can also cackle, bark, meow, hiss and bray when necessary to confuse foolish carnivores. You know that sound heavy and/or elderly people make as they try to rise from a seated position? Cows imitate that sound quite well on occasion.

It's visable now here in Sanford, and beautiful too!

(note to HC: ya gonna try to jump over it again?)

Pulled a hamstring the last time I did it. Wisdom comes from experience. However, I do see one of the cats getting out a fiddle. Better lock down the cutlery and dish cabinets.

Oooooh, my poor head. Too little sleep and too much Bay Rum. That damm cat thinks he's Mark O'Connor. Finally had to take the dang thing away from him. Even the coyotes tired of his miserable screeching. Searched all over for the eloping dish and spoon. There must be an alternate world somewhere fully populated with all of the dishes and spoons that have run away over the past 240 years. Searched for them on the internet, but what I found was much better than watching them at non-full moon times.
